WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers may return products within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Returns do not apply to sale items, used/opened products, or special orders.
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective products are assessed individually. Where applicable, repair, replacement, discount, or refund will
be offered in accordance with Icelandic consumer law.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day.
Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery is handled internally within the capital area and via Iceland Post outside the area.
If products are in procurement or transit, delivery may take 1–5 weeks.
Free delivery applies to orders over ISK 25,000.
Shipping rates are valid until end of 2026.
PAYMENTS & ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
Di Dino Brothers is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
PAYMENT PLANS
Invoices of ISK 80,000 or more may qualify for installment payments of up to 4 months, subject to agreement.
Installments are indexed according to the consumer price index.
TRANSPORT SERVICE - OVERVIEW
Di Dino Brothers provides professional transport services for businesses and individuals, with a focus on reliability and responsible handling.
SERVICE & LIABILITY (Transport)
Customers must provide accurate transport details.
Delivery times are agreed upon in advance, but delays due to external factors are not the responsibility of Di Dino Brothers.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to ISK 990.
Liability is limited to direct damage caused by proven negligence.
PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are stated in ISK and may change due to market conditions.
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
AMENDMENTS
Di Dino Brothers reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication on the company website.
